Tell us a bit about what your company does.

We welcome new beginners at any age and we offer an instrument hire scheme to get learners started. We hold additional events throughout the year including masterclasses, lectures, sessions, céilís and student concerts. We believe everyone's life can be improved with music, dancing and a bit of craic!

When did you become part of The Crescent's Creative Hub?

In 2017.

Do you have a special relationship to The Crescent? / What is your story with The Crescent?

BelfastTrad have held classes in the Crescent Arts Centre since the early days of our set up back in 1991. As we have grown from a small set-dancing society led by Mary Fox, to a multi-faceted traditional arts school, the Crescent Arts Centre has been our home. Since 2017, we have held an office space in this historic building and we are members of the Creative Hub. We love being in heart of a learning, arts and culture hub, it is a special place to work and to be creative in.
