How to buy tickets?
What to do if you are late to a show?
Is it possible to bring or buy food and drinks?
And what about accessibility in the building?

All the answers are below!

Tickets

Tickets can be bought online, in person or by calling our box office team.

Late Policy

We know you don’t want to be late for a show, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. Our late-comers policy depends on the event that you are attending and the artists so we think it’s best if you try your best to arrive on time. But don’t worry, if you are late, most shows will have a low-comer point where a member of our staff will quickly and quietly take you to your seat.

Food & Drink

We have an onsite cafe here at The Crescent which serves a range of hot and cold food and beverages. We are not licensed at The Crescent, but many of our events are Bring Your Own (BYO).

For your convenience, The Pantry Cafe & Kitchen operates the same hours as The Crescent and is the perfect place to relax with a hot drink and perhaps a snack before a show begins.

Accessible Facilities

All areas of The Crescent are fully accessible by ramps and a passenger lift leaving you to explore and enjoy our learning and events programme and building.
