This general-purpose, quirky workshop is adaptable to almost any function, but lends itself mainly as a small rehearsal room for music.
This unique space used to be part of the central staircase of the building, hence the reason why some of the windows run below floor level. It is a bright space that features a high ceiling and skylights, flooding the room with natural light.
