About the Tutor
Kelly brings inclusivity into yoga using empathy, adaptability, and continuous learning. Kelly embraces the opportunity to share the practice with all individuals, recognizing and celebrating the unique journey of each student.
Whilst these classes of gentle yoga follow the hatha style of teaching, Kelly also holds certification in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga as well as yoga nidra and pranayama (breath work).
