Belfast Children's Festival 2024: Call to Mind

This March, The Crescent is delighted to play host to the premiere of Call to Mind as part of the Belfast Children's Festival 2024.

Call to Mind, commissioned and produced by Maiden Voyage Dance, is a dance and live music collaboration created by choreographer Sarah Golding with composer and percussionist Steve Davis.

The performance by a trio of dancers and a trio of musicians explores themes of memory, perspective and the past’s influence on the present. What unfolds is open to your interpretation. Stories are told, secrets emerge, who knows what is truth or fiction.
