Experience a mix of Yin, Mellow & Mindful and Vinyasa Flow yoga each Monday with Carla.
These 1 hour practices are designed to guide you out of your head and into your body, teaching you the art of slowing down and unwinding from the fast pace of your outer world.
Enjoy deep stretching and testing your limits with movement, breathwork, self-acupressure and relaxation. Learn how to look after your nervous system and other useful tools and techniques that you can take with you to manage stress and anxiety in your everyday life.
Please bring a mat to class.
About the Tutor
Carla is a Yoga and Pilates Teacher and a Hormone Educator from Belfast.
Carla will guide you through strong, mindful and full body practices that are designed to bring you home to yourself. Her Yoga training incudes: Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga with trauma informed and somatic training, she is a Reiki master and trained in compassionate enquiry (Trauma Healing) as well as CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy).
