Join Geraldine to start or reignite your journey with yoga. Throughout this 12-week course, we will explore a variety of foundational yoga postures, learning the history of the postures alongside the intended benefits of each. Each week we’ll explore breathing techniques, mediation techniques and we’ll end every class with a long relaxation- shavasana.
A yoga class for those who are new to yoga or who haven't been to yoga for a while.

About the Tutor
Geraldine Boyd is the owner of Cicada Wellbeing.
A registered yoga teacher with over 20 years yoga experience, she is also a holistic therapist and is fully qualified in reflexology, facial reflexology, aromatherapy, massage and reiki.
Geraldine's recent work has focussed on supporting people living with cancer and supporting people going through the menopause transition, and had a passion about sharing knowledge with people about the benefits of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and to take a holistic, person-centred approach to achieving their optimal wellness.
