Verse reading is an essential skill for actors who may speak verse in drama, on the radio or for public performance.
It is a very useful tool for training in vocal technique and expression.
Writers often need to read their own work in public.
This workshop will provide lots of tips, techniques and practice in bringing poetry off the page and into the performance space.
Rosie will supply all texts. In addition, you are free to also bring two copies of your own work, if you want to practice reading it aloud.
