The Art of Reflective Writing

In this 8-week course you will explore reflective writing not only as a path to self-inquiry and self-development, but also a path to well-being. 

You will explore core beliefs, values, inner awareness and more, in a warm and nurturing environment, using specific writing exercises, mindfulness techniques and guided visualizations. 

By the end of the course you will have a greater understanding of yourself, and this can lead to increased confidence, focus and clarity in life.

No prior writing experience is necessary.

About the Tutor

Belinda Bennetts is a therapeutic writing facilitator and author of fiction and nonfiction.

Her core teaching includes 'Writing to Awaken', and 'Give My Head Peace' programs which guide people on an intimate journey of self inquiry and discovery to help them rediscover their true nature, authentic voice, and calling in the world. She brings intuitive insight to her work with individuals and groups, and her programs are available in person and online.

She also facilitates write to wellness programs within businesses, helping individuals achieve better work/life balance and creatively deal with the common stresses of modern life.

Belinda is the author of Fear to Love – An Inner Journey Home, a memoir, which was published in 2016.

Her qualifications include Bowen therapy, craniosacral therapy, and holistic life coaching.
