Sweat & Flow is The Crescent’s latest combined Fitness and Yoga course by Sarah Mathews creator of, Well Fit Academy.
This hybrid course combines cardio to burn calories, resistance to build strength and yoga to calm and restore.
Each workout will consist of HIT training and Yoga so you can gain the benefits of both forms of exercise in one workout. HIT interval training is brilliant for increasing your cardiovascular fitness and efficiently burning more calories than steady-state cardio. While Yoga can improve flexibility, balance, and respiration, and improve energy and vitality.
This class is suitable for all ages and levels as adaptations are provided. All that is needed is an exercise or Yoga mat.
About the Tutor
Having had a passion for movement from a young age, and later understanding the incredible benefits it produces physically and mentally, Sarah gained several qualifications to further her knowledge of fitness. These include Level 3 Personal Training & Sports Coaching, Level 3 Exercise Referral Diploma, Indoor Cycle, Circuits, Box Fit and Dance Fit Gold instructor, as well as RYS 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.
Sarah is a very motivational teacher and coach, getting to know each client and personally encouraging them through their session, and throughout their fitness or Yoga development.
From her own involvement in attending dance, fitness and Yoga classes as well as being an avid gym goer, she combines the best of these elements and based on experience, delivers coaching that works.
