Join Palmira for a 5-week course that aims to strengthen the body.
Incorporating exercises from Dance, Pilates and general fitness, you will get a full body workout, whilst dedicated time to improve joint and muscle flexibility.
Please bring your own Yoga mat to each session.

Palmira Rendilheiro is a professional dancer & Pilates instructor from South Africa.
She has performance experience in many different cities around the world, and is passionate about helping dancers achieve their own personal goals.
