Come and learn sword fighting through 5-weeks of intensive sessions at the Crescent Arts Centre with Raff Combat. You will learn the art of theatrical violence with weapons and how to present a fight for theatre that will excite the audience and leave them wanting more. You will learn fighting techniques with swords, how to keep yourself and the cast safe and have fun along the way. This will for sure be a very fun course, looking forward to having you with us
About the Tutor
Philip Rafferty is a Stage Combat Instructor affiliated with the Academy of Performance Combat (APC) and Fight Director based in Belfast. He is currently teaching Stage Combat with Rose Bruford College of Acting in Belfast and has, in the past, done fight directing shows in the Lyric Theatre such as 'Good Vibrations' and 'Lie Low'.
