In this workshop, you will explore and compare the rhythms of the seasons through music and poetry.
You will be encouraged to consider the turning of the earth's seasons, and the turning of our own seasons of life.
Where you are at now, compared to where you have come from. You will explore songs and rhythms of transition, and poems which identify with aspects of your life’s journey.
Prior to the workshop it would be beneficial to consider any music or poetry which you consider to be a soundtrack of your life.
While you won’t need to share this at the workshop, it will help you to get into an appropriate frame of mind.
By the end of the workshop you will come away with songs and examples of poems which you can use for further development. No previous experience of writing or music is needed.
