Dance
In these workshops, you will be given guidance on exercises designed to improve your body awareness, balance, posture, and coordination. The movements will be rooted in familiar tango fundamentals and accompanied by a range of music from the golden age of tango to some more modern tunes.
The aim is always to develop style and strength as a dancer, and the joy the process of doing so!
Exercises will be repeated and developed across the two weeks.
These are solo technique classes so no partner is required
Clothing – anything you feel comfortable moving in
Footwear – socks or flat shoes without too much grip to allow for twisting/pivoting
