Singing for Adults

Explore, develop and refine your voice in this 8-week course lead by tutor Megan McBride. Singing solo as well as with the group, this is a chance to build your confidence and find your musicality through practice and feedback.

Under structured guidance, develop your musical ear, building your pitch, harmonising ability, range and tone. This course is open to anyone with no experience necessary: whether you want to sing for fun or to perform this is a relaxed and encouraging space to hone your skills.

Please note that there will be no class on Tuesday 23rd April & 7th May.

About the Tutor

Megan has been singing professionally for over ten years. She has sang in various spaces such as The Grand Opera House, The Waterfront Hall, and The Ulster Hall, to name a few. She has been teaching privately for a decade, and has experience in the film industry being a vocal coach on set with "Zoo" in 2017. Megan has musically directed in musical theatre spaces since she was 19 years old and after graduating from Queen's University with a Music Degree, she has went on to a musical career in the local churches around Belfast and Lisburn, working alongside many other musicians to develop musicality and singing. Megan is a competent songwriter and often will sing covers or her own work in venues around Belfast.
