Practice slowing down, being present and doing something good for yourself.
This course is about taking time out of your busy schedule, self-connection, calming a busy/overthinking mind.
You’ll be guided for 1 hour per week through mindful movement (yoga: a mix of mellow and yin yoga), self-acupressure (stimulation TCM points for balance), meditation, relaxation and breathwork. Each week will be something different. You’ll be encouraged to remember some things that you can take away and use to calm yourself off the mat.
If you are an overthinker, caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, stressed, overwhelmed or ready for a reset – this course is perfect for you.
Move your mind is led by yoga teacher and women’s health educator Carla.
About the Tutor:
Carla is a Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga with trauma informed and somatic training, she is a Reiki master and trained in compassionate enquiry (trauma healing) as well as CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy).
Having completed her yoga teacher training in India, Carla is passionate about the true roots of yoga.
Carla is an educator in Women's Wellness.
