Modern Dance

Come along and join this vibrant modern dance course that is perfect for both beginners and dancers with some experience.

Each week the class will begin with an aerobic warm-up to quicken the blood flow and then move onto a range of exercises that will enhance your modern dance technique.

Throughout the 10-weeks you will learn short routines, that not only will help improve your mobility, strength, stamina and flexibility but is a great way to boost your cognitive memory.

This will be a great way to get ‘dance fit’ while having fun.

About the Tutor

Tzeitel studied drama and dance at Cristina Rota’s Drama School, Madrid, She then went onto train with Chevy Muraday’s Company (Dance National Awarded Company), followed by D&D Company.

She has performed in a variety of shows including Grease the musical at Nuevo Apolo Theatre, along with other professional dance jobs in music videos, tv shows and theatre performances.
