Journaling
Journaling is a versatile medium that draws on many crafts such as scrapbooking, design, illustration, and writing. You can use your journal as a planner, memory keeping aid, mental health record and productivity tracker.
In this 4-week course, you will explore using your journal as a tool for organisation and reflection in a creative and personal way.
Journal provided – included in course fee. Selection of supplies will be available for use in class. Students to bring their own pens, stationery and ephemera as they choose.

About the tutor
Ian Megrath is an avid journal keeper and analogue enthusiast. Having fallen into the journaling habit during lockdown, he discovered the practice of journaling was a great creative outlet for recording ideas, emotions and the simple joys of everyday life. Knowing the beneficial impact journal keeping can have on mental health from personal experience, he hopes to encourage others into exploring this useful tool to express and reflect.
