Dance

JFH (aka  Jazz, Funk and Hip-Hop) is a stylised type of dance performed by commercial dancers combining elements of all 3 styles!

JFH routines are similar to the kinds of dance you might see in a music video- upbeat, fun and mostly choreographed to the current dance hit and pop songs.

Each session will begin with a really good warm up and stretch. Warm up may incorporate some strength and technique exercises and some core work to strengthen and tone. You may then do some progressions or combinations that develop technique steps. This allows you to learn new movements step by step  to ask questions and observe how specific movements are executed.

You will then learn a routine during class which may change from week to week, or be built on over a few weeks to build confidence and performance quality.

The aim of this course is to get you moving, grooving and feeling fabulous!

Levels from beginner to Intermediate are welcome in this class.
