This workshop is appropriate for movers and dancers of all abilities wishing to awaken and deepen their relationship to mindful movement and felt bodily experience.
You will be invited to discover your own personal responses to movement through guided practical tasks.
Solo, pair and group explorations will utilise music, imagery and words to find a deeper connection to your own creativity.
There will be dynamic shifts with an overall emphasis on nurturing, calming, attending and listening to the body.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in to this workshop.
