Intermediate Ballet - Week-long Intensive

Week-long Course

In this live and interactive class we will work on our ballet technique, focusing on strengthening our core and leg muscles, improve our posture and balance and refine our movement.

We will work mostly on barre exercises but we will also work on static exercises in the centre, focusing on ways that we can keep working on our technique during the online classes.

The class is suitable for students with good knowledge of ballet technique in intermediate level.
