Singing
Singing is a great creative outlet that offers a wide range of health benefits, enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can boost mood by triggering the release of endorphins and oxytocin, reducing stress and anxiety. Singing in a group promotes a sense of connection and community and boosts self-esteem. Anyone can enjoy the benefits of group singing, even if you have no previous musical experience or wouldn’t consider yourself to be a natural singer.
In a fun and relaxed environment, you will learn warm-ups and techniques to strengthen the voice and musical exercises to develop essential skills for ensemble singing, such as rhythm, harmony and blending. You will put these skills into practice each week as you learn uplifting songs and enjoy the well-being benefits of singing together.
The course is suitable for everyone from beginners to those with previous singing experience.
