This isn’t a technique class, yet your learn a lot through the routines.
Each routine is designed to work on our muscular system by consciously activating our muscles; it helps improving flexibility, coordination and toning.
This is a gentle workout with medium intensity and each sessions is different and authentic.
No experience is necessary! Come to dance and get ready to have fun.

About the tutor
Sara Sarinha is a friendly and passionate teacher. She’s originally from Brazil and has been teaching in Belfast for 9 years and is the senior Belly dance teacher in Belfast.
Sara started belly dancing as a hobbyist when she was 16 and after working as a professional dancer in Italy in 2006, she started feeling her studies in Middle Eastern Dances. She has devoted her life to study Arabic dances and holistic approaches to teaching movement training through conscious movement, somatics, integrated anatomy, biodanza, functional training and so on.
She is a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Womb health specialist and Women’s Health coach. She’s the founder of the only accredited belly dancing school in Northern Ireland and she’s also the only qualified Egyptian teacher in Northern Ireland, title given by the Egyptian master teacher Dalida Galy of Cairo. Sara’s the founder of Dum Tak - Middle Eastern festival of Arts, Dance and Music and the director of the Belly dance Craft teacher training - Functional belly dance fitness - BellYoga & Fit 4 Birth (before and after birth).
