This course is suitable for beginners or more advanced stitchers.
Using different shades of thread and lots of lovely textures of fabric and lace, ribbons and beads, you will build up your own landscape scene inspired by the beauty of nature.
The tutor will take you through all stitches required to create a beautiful piece of embroidery, building on a basic premise with your own personal touches and preferences.
You will receive a kit with everything you need: please bring small scissors to class.
About the Tutor
Linda has worked in the Antiques/Interior Decoration trade for over 30 years.
As a self taught Decorative Artist she has worked in homes throughout the UK, including some superior hotels.
She has a City & Guilds in Floristry and loves to grow her own flowers.
A life long love of sewing, patchwork and cross stitch has enabled her to gain excellent experience over the years.
She really enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge and hopefully inspiring others to get creative.
