Folk Art Embroidery: A Dove for Peace

Using the painting of Ukrainian Folk Artist Maria Prymachenko you will create a beautiful embroidered dove with flowers.
The embroidery will be done using crewel wool and on a linen background.
All materials will be provided you will just need to bring some small scissors to class.
About the Tutor
Linda has worked in the Antiques/Interior Decoration trade for over 30 years.
As a self taught Decorative Artist she has worked in homes throughout the UK, including some superior hotels. She has a City & Guilds in Floristry and loves to grow her own flowers.
A life long love of sewing, patchwork and cross stitch has enabled her to gain excellent experience over the years. She really enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge and hopefully inspiring others to get creative.
