Inspired by the colourful embroidered story cloths of the Hmong people of Laos, richly portraying their lives, throughout this course you will learn various stitches, and then combine them into a story cloth of your own.
All materials will be provided but please bring your own scissors to sessions.
About the Tutor
Linda has worked in the Antiques/Interior Decoration trade for over 30 years.
As a self taught Decorative Artist she has worked in homes throughout the UK, including some superior hotels.
She has a City & Guilds in Floristry and loves to grow her own flowers.
A life long love of sewing, patchwork and cross stitch has enabled her to gain excellent experience over the years.
She really enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge and hopefully inspiring others to get creative.
