During this course you will learn a variety of art and craft skills and techniques.
Every 2 weeks you will experiment with new materials, getting the opportunity to explore felting, lino printing, glass painting and making 3D paper flowers.
Materials will be provided but you will need to bring an apron and tea towel.
You will have fun learning new techniques and enjoy adding your own creativity to the process. Lessons will be like taster workshops and will give you an insight into a variety of techniques and materials, allowing for the development of your favourite in the future.
About the tutor
Having graduated from the University of Ulster in 2004 with a Foundation in Art & Design and a BA (Hons)Fine & Applied Art, Louise continued to study and gained a PGCE (post -primary) in Art & Design from University of Ulster Coleraine.
She has taught art classes in secondary schools, community centres and in FE Colleges and has the experience of working with students of all ages and abilities.
Her has a keen interest in using a variety of arts and crafts and love to see students enjoy experimenting and finding new ways with materials.
