Dana is a highly experienced wellness facilitator with over 7 years of expertise supporting people through transformational movement and body-based practices. As a certified Barre teacher, she brings the Lotte Berk Method to life with warmth, humour, and grounded empowerment.
Her classes are known for their blend of challenge and care — structured yet soulful — helping students strengthen not only their bodies, but their confidence and connection to self.
