Tutor's List of Suggested Materials:
Wool
10oz (270g) superwash merino double knitting wool in small quantities.
You can choose as many colours as you want. You could select shades of one colour or go for a riot of colours
You could buy acrylic rather than wool to save in expense. If you have lots of wool scraps you could use these and just buy a white or cream to do the background.
10oz (270g) superwash merino DK in cream or natural for background.
This does not have to be cream it could be a tone to match your other colours or black or grey for a more dramatic look.
Tutor Linda plans to use Drops Karisma superwash DK yarn from Camelia Yarns on Etsy. She will use 4 colours for the centres and a toning darker shade for the background.
Tools
4mm (UK 8 or US 6) crochet hook.
Small scissors or snips
Darning needle
