Painting
Anyone can draw or paint with the right instruction, and in this fun and relaxing course, you will be given the confidence to do so.
Over the course of 8-weeks, the tutor will take you through the step-by-step process of creating your oil painting. From outlining your composition on canvas, mixing colours, improving brushwork, working mediums, building up layers and working towards your own completed masterpiece.
Everyone will be working from the same image which will be provided prior to course starting along with a material list of paint, brushes & solvents required.
The first session will be a one-hour pre-recorded video with the tutor talking you through the various ways to transfer your image to your chosen canvas size, how to set up your work area and discuss the materials you will be working with, how and when to use them, allowing everyone to be ready for our first interactive live session on Monday 11th May.
All Levels from Beginners to Improvers welcome.
