Each session during his 7-week course, combines slow, controlled Pilates with low-impact HIIT-inspired exercises to deliver effective full-body conditioning and strength.
The practice is designed to strengthen the deep core, improve endurance, and build lean muscle, while supporting better posture, flexibility, balance, and energy levels.
Expect uplifting music and a fun, feel-good atmosphere. Suitable for all levels (and of course, beginners).
Please bring a mat to class.
About the Tutor
Carla is a Yoga and Pilates Teacher and a Hormone Educator from Belfast.
Carla will guide you through strong, mindful and full body practices that are designed to bring you home to yourself. Her Yoga training incudes: Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga with trauma informed and somatic training, she is a Reiki master and trained in compassionate enquiry (Trauma Healing) as well as CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy).
