This course focuses mainly on the development of choreography and performance of classic broadway dance pieces, following the various genres and styles that have flourished throughout the last century.
You will have an opportunity to show off your personality and passion with a new piece of dance every two weeks, showcasing music from well-known influential shows as you find yourself immersed in the fun and exciting worlds of Footloose, Hairspray, West Side Story, and more!
The choreography for this course will play off and expand upon specific dance moves and trends that have shaped the Broadway scene and stood the test of time, yet you will tackle these sequences with a modern and fresh approach.
