We are excited to welcome this new series of workshops which is the perfect opportunity for those who want to progress their life-drawing skills and improve their grasp on some of the trickier aspects of the human body.
Each week the human body will be broken down into manageable components with a focused class on basic forms, the head and neck, torso, arms, hands, legs and finally, the feet.
With an underlying focus on gesture, structure, line and tone, you will be taken through these various structures with reference to anatomy and the work of old masters. You will be putting this knowledge into practice by drawing from a variety of models and poses.
Join us for one, four, or all workshops; these are designed to give you the opportunity to focus on a particular area of the body that you would like to improve your skills.
All levels of experience are welcome as teaching will be adjusted to meet the class level.
You are invited to bring and work with whatever medium suits you, however, there will also be charcoal and paper available.
