This fun, interactive and themed course explores mindfulness and relaxation through stories, songs, stretching, games, story massage, positive affirmations, crafts and guided visualisations.
Mindfulness in its simplest form, is noticing what is happening right now and what your mind is doing by taking notice of how your body feels, what you can see, hear, smell, taste and touch without judgement.
When your child begins to notice what is happening around them, it can help them to relax, feel calmer, have confidence to try new things and manage their emotions.
The form of mindfulness that your child will explore during this course is non-religion based.
