All you’ll need is a standard 10-hole diatonic harmonica (Key of C).

- 12-bar blues fundamentals: how the structure works and how to solo over it

A professional performer for the past four years, Gareth has honed his craft onstage, developing a soulful, groove-driven style influenced by classic and contemporary blues traditions.
For the last three years, he has shared that expertise through private lessons, guiding students of all levels in technique, tone, improvisation, and authentic blues phrasing. Known for his clear, encouraging teaching style, Gareth focuses on practical skills that help players develop confidence and their own musical voice.
Whether you’re picking up a harmonica for the first time or looking to take your blues playing to the next level, Gareth brings real-world experience and genuine enthusiasm to every lesson.
