Dance
Ballet really is for anyone and, through this course, you will learn how the beauty and discipline of this dance style come together to bring you utter joy!
Week on week, you will delve into the fundamentals of ballet technique both at the barre and in the centre week.
There will be a gradual progression to allow your confidence and ability to develop in equal measure and enable you to glide across the floor to a range of music with your fellow dancers
We recommend comfortable clothing and either soft sole ballet pumps or socks.
No sessions on 13 January and 24 February.
