Journaling
This Summer discover the joy of journalling in this 6-week course designed for beginners and curious creatives alike.
Through guided prompts, mindful reflection, and creative exercises, you’ll learn how to use journalling to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, spark creativity, and build a meaningful personal practice.
Each session offers space to write, reflect, and explore different journalling styles — from mindful observation and gratitude writing to visual and creative journalling techniques.
No writing experience is needed, just curiosity, a notebook and an open mind.
The tutor will provide materials for this course, but students are required to bring their own notebook or journal.
