An Introduction to Cross Stitch

If you have always fancied having a go at Cross Stitch this is the short 2-week course is for you.

You will learn about the different fabrics and counts and how to be most economical or quick. You will start a simple project which if not completed in the 2 weeks can comfortably be finished at home.

All materials will be provided but please bring some small scissors to class and a tin, box or bag to house your project.

About the Tutor

Linda has worked in the Antiques/Interior Decoration trade for over 30 years.

As a self taught Decorative Artist she has worked in homes throughout the UK, including some superior hotels.

She has a City & Guilds in Floristry and loves to grow her own flowers.

A life long love of sewing, patchwork and cross stitch has enabled her to gain excellent experience over the years.

She really enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge and hopefully inspiring others to get creative.
