Sewing
This class is for adventurous beginners and intermediate sewists.
We will sew two patterns to make a set that is designed to be worn together, as well as separately. You can make the top and trousers in the same woven fabric or complementary ones. The set is based on two patterns from Pattern Emporium, the Coco wide leg pants and the About Town top/blouse.
Over the week we will make both items, and I will guide the sewing with lots of hints and tips for a lovely coordinating set.
Overlockers will be available for use in the class.
You will need some experience for this course.
IE: You may not have made many garments, but you’ve completed at least two/three. You know how to read a pattern and pick your size. You are confident in the basic functions of your sewing machine.
Notes on materials:
Evelyn will be providing all pattern pieces printed on AO-size tissue paper.
