Book NowThere is something very tactile and lovely about making a book from fabric.
This book is stitched by hand using several simple techniques, so is suitable for a beginner. It can be done in an abstract way or in a literal way to express your feelings and wishes. Be warned this is a very addictive past time!
Although the materials will be provided please feel free to bring some of your own fabrics/trimmings or mementos to make this book personal.
Please bring your own small scissors.
Meet the Tutor
Linda has worked in the Antiques/Interior Decoration trade for over 30 years. As a self taught Decorative Artist she has worked in homes throughout the UK, including some superior hotels.
She has a City & Guilds in Floristry and loves to grow her own flowers.
A life long love of sewing, patchwork and cross stitch has enabled her to gain excellent experience over the years. She really enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge and hopefully inspiring others to get creative.
