How many of us spend dedicated time to thinking about our minds and how we feel?
Each morning most of us will spend about ten minutes in the shower, ten minutes making and eating breakfast but no time at all tending to our minds.
Ten to Zen is a simple, effective and fuss-free guide to help you start your day in the right head-space to prepare for the challenges it may bring.
The clear steps in Owen O’Kane’s Ten to Zen workout use a combination of four tried and tested therapeutic models inspired by the latest research in psychology and neuroscience, and informed by his experience as a psychotherapist.
In Ten to Zen, Owen guides you through a mind workout that shows you how to stop, switch off the anxious part of your brain, restructure unhelpful thought patterns and reduce stress in just ten minutes a day.
Think you’re too busy to calm your mind? Think again. Delivered with common sense and a light approach, Owen’s Ten to Zen programme will be a lifetime companion.
