Tony Slattery is a legend of the British comedy scene.
The King of Improv.
As a member of the Cambridge Footlights, his dashing good looks and sharp surreal timing made him a star as a regular on Whose Line Is It Anyway and his extensive tv and theatre appearances include Stinkfoot, Just A Gigolo, The Cat and the Canary, Rocky Horror, Coronation Street, Carry On Columbus, Kingdom and The Crying Game.
In the 1990s Tony suffered a very public breakdown, after which he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Since then Tony has continued working in stand up and improv comedy, whilst campaigning for mental health awareness.
Hot on the heels of his Edinburgh Fringe run, Tony will be in conversation with Robert JE Simpson discussing Tony's work as a comic and his mental health battles.
