Set in the lounge of the Marshall household, Sam Cree’s Separate Beds sees Judy, the Marshall’s only daughter, preparing to get married.
However, in true Cree form, Judy’s mother and Arthur Marshall’s estranged wife arrives back unexpectedly after an absence of three years.
Throw in a forgetful Reverend, a drunken housekeeper, a lusty next-door neighbour and an old fashioned mother-in-law unaware of the Marshall marriage break-up, and hilarious chaos is guaranteed.
Will the wedding even take place?
Will Arthur manage to maintain his sanity?
Expect the unexpected and a bundle of laughs!
Sam Cree’s Separate Beds is a Building Bridges Community Arts Theatre production.
