The Crescent is delighted to welcome to the Cube, NI Science Festival for a series of events as part of their 2023 programme.
Many of us drink tea every day, but despite being one of the Nation’s favourite beverages, this popular brew often blends into the background and is viewed as being a bit, well, boring… So, why not join the experts from NI’s inaugural Tea Bar, INFUSE, as they show you how to revamp the wonderful world of tea!
This event will look at the history of tea, with our tea connoisseurs revealing interesting ways in which you can get creative with your blends. They’ll also demonstrate how temperature and filtering your water impacts the taste of tea, offering samples so you can savour the difference first-hand.
From tea mocktails and tea-infused foods, to pairing particular teas with certain foods, you’ll rediscover the delights of tea-making!
