Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical ability. EveryBODY Yoga is accessible to all, an inclusive class where individuals of any skill-level can come together and experience the benefits of yoga.
This course takes a holistic approach to yoga with support blocks always on-hand and modifications to suit everyBODY. Catering to everyone's gentle needs and improving strength, balance, and inner peace.
Yoga can empower individuals by helping them connect with their bodies, develop self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and confidence. It allows students to take charge of their health and practice at their own pace and encourages students learn to respect their bodies' limitations and practice self-acceptance.

About the Tutor
Kelly brings inclusivity into yoga using empathy, adaptability, and continuous learning. Kelly embraces the opportunity to share the practice with all individuals, recognizing and celebrating the unique journey of each student.
Whilst these classes of gentle yoga follow the hatha style of teaching, Kelly also holds certification in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga as well as yoga nidra and pranayama (breath work).
