This course is suitable for all levels including beginners.
Together we will build strength , flexibility, balance and overall physical and mental wellbeing
The classes will offer both slow flowing sequences and standing and seated poses. You will be encouraged to move mindfully and to be led by your breath.
Each session finishes with a guided relaxation to allow you to slow right down and to leave feeling rested and restored.
Please bring your own mat.
About the Tutor
Valerie McCann has been practicing yoga since 2002 and completed her Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training (200 hrs) in December 2012 with David Curtis Yoga. She completed a further 100 hour advanced training in May 2020 and has completed a 30-hour Yin yoga training. Valerie is a qualified in Aromatherapy and Reflexology.
She has been teaching regularly since 2013 and most recently taught in Maitri Studio, The Mount and previously in The Crescent. She continues to update and develop her yoga practice by regularly attending classes and workshops.
