Ukulele: Intermediate

This 11-week course is for those who are familiar with the basics of ukulele playing and want to take their playing to the next level.

During the term you will learn more complex chords, and more complex strumming patterns, as well as some melody playing and improvisation. This will be through learning a selection of popular songs in a range of styles.

About the Tutor

Rowan has completed an undergraduate degree in music and a master’s degree in community music, during which he gained vast experience in running music workshops in the community. 

He is a multi-instrumentalist, who has been playing ukulele and guitar for over 10 years and has experience running ukulele workshops in schools and in community settings.
