The Write to Happiness

Happiness can seem elusive in difficult and uncertain times. This online writing workshop will help you to connect with happiness, and to find words to describe what it means to you. You will express your ideas in a range of literary forms, including poetry, prose and life writing, You will also receive a set of resources to inspire your writing, including poems, quotes and excerpts from literary works.

The session will be offer a safe and welcoming environment, and will be playful and enjoyable, drawing on your imagination and building on your creativity. Suitable for writers with all levels of experience, especially those who find it difficult to write at the moment. The workshop takes place on the Google Classroom platform. You will be sent a link for this, as well as guidance for using this.

Please note: although one of the aims of this session is to develop wellbeing, it is not a therapy session. Please consult your health practitioner if you are concerned about your mental health and/or receiving support for this.
