Summer Stitch Up Drawstring Bag

In this Summer Stitch Up Hand Sewing Workshop the tutor will work with you to create and decorate three draw string bags.

In your kit, provided in advance, you will receive a selection of vintage fabric pre sewn bags for you to decorate and add a drawstring. Fabric, ribbons and trimmings and all instructions are provided and you will even get some fabric to try out on your own later. You will need a needle, threads and a pair of scissors.

Images for inspiration will be streamed throughout the workshop and a ten minute overview of Make do & Mend the WW2 Wartime incentive that inspired this workshop. All fabric materials supplied are clean and pressed.
