This course is an Introduction to Scaravelli-inspired yoga and Somatic Movements where you will learn to slowly let go of tension in the body and the busyness of the mind.
This requires a willingness to let go, again and again and starting over until we accept the wholeness of ourselves.
There is no linear approach to these lessons. just a bringing of your full attention to what you are doing so that the movement and your awareness allow you to move into a sense of wholeness.
Each week will be different as the tutor lead intuitive style of course, responding to the needs of the students.
